Description

Vhal, Scholar of Prophecy (HBG-8u) is a legendary Human Wizard from the Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate set. When it specializes you remove all study counters to surveil that many cards, selecting one to put into your hand and putting the rest on the bottom of your library in random order. It also has a tap ability that lets you draw a card then discard a card, providing card selection and filtering for blue decks.
