Description

Vhal, Scholar of Creation is a legendary Human Wizard from the Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate expansion (collector number 8g). When it specializes, you remove all study counters from it and seek two creature cards with mana value less than or equal to the number removed, putting one onto the battlefield and shuffling the other into your library. It also has a tap ability that lets you draw a card then discard a card, supporting card selection and graveyard synergy.
