As it resolves you name a nonland card, the target player reveals their hand and takes 3 damage for each revealed card with that name, then you search their graveyard, hand, and library for cards with that name and exile them before they shuffle. The effect can remove multiple copies from hidden zones and deals potentially large asymmetric damage while denying access to the named card.
