Architects of Will (ARB-17 foil) is an Artifact Creature — Human Wizard from the Alara Reborn expansion. When it enters the battlefield it lets you look at the top three cards of a target player's library and reorder them, giving limited information and manipulation. It also has Cycling for {U/B}, offering card selection and flexibility by turning the card into a draw when needed.
