The Speed Demon (DFT-339) is a legendary Demon creature from the Aetherdrift set with flying and trample. It uses a tracked mechanic called speed that starts at 1 if you have none and increases when opponents lose life, and at your end step you draw X cards and lose X life where X equals your speed. As a legendary creature it can serve as a payoff piece that scales with opponents losing life and can grant additional abilities while you have max speed.
