It grants first strike, vigilance, and haste while tracking a player-specific “speed” value that boosts other creatures you control and reduces the cost of your noncreature spells as that speed increases. At max speed Samut can grant additional abilities tied to that condition, and its speed mechanic is tracked separately for each player and updated by opponents losing life on your turns.
