It has a {1},{T} ability that mills two cards from any number of target players and an Exhaust ability that mills each chosen player a number of cards equal to their graveyard size when paid and tapped. The card supports graveyard-centric strategies by scaling its second mode with opponents' graveyards and can be used repeatedly across turns except Exhaust activations are limited to once each trigger period.
