It can be activated for {2} and tapping plus sacrificing another artifact to fetch an artifact with mana value equal to the sacrificed artifact's mana value plus one and put it onto the battlefield, usable only as a sorcery. The card enables value recursion and toolbox strategies by upgrading artifacts from your board into higher-cost artifacts directly from your library.
