Perilous Snare (DFT-23) is a rare artifact from the Aetherdrift expansion. It exiles a nonland permanent an opponent controls when it enters the battlefield and returns that permanent when the artifact leaves. While you have maximum speed it gains an activated ability that can put a +1/+1 counter on a creature or Vehicle you control, and it also tracks a player-specific “speed” that increases when opponents lose life on your turns.
