Mutant Surveyor (DFT-98) is a common Creature — Mutant Scout from the Aetherdrift expansion. It has a unique “Start your engines!” mechanic that tracks a player-specific speed which increases when opponents lose life on your turns and a {2}: pump ability to boost its power and toughness temporarily. At max speed the card gains an alternate graveyard exile ability that lets you draw a card, giving it late-game utility beyond its battlefield role.
