Its power is equal to the number of artifacts you control and it gains a tracked "speed" that starts at 1 if you have no speed and increases when opponents lose life, with a maximum of 4. While at max speed it grants a triggered copy ability that lets you pay {1} to copy artifact spells you cast, creating token copies.
