Its power is equal to the number of artifacts you control and it tracks a personal “speed” that starts at 1 if you have none and can increase up to 4 when opponents lose life on your turns. While you have max speed, it grants a copy-on-cast option for artifact spells by paying {1}, creating token copies of those spells.
