It gives other Goblins you control haste, creates a 1/1 red Goblin token that is forced to attack at the beginning of your combat, and has a mana ability that taps for red mana equal to the number of Goblins you control when you have max speed. The card supports aggressive Goblin decks by both enabling immediate attacks and generating additional bodies while also serving as a mana sink when your speed condition is met.
