Whenever a player casts a spell they don't own, that player creates a Treasure token. Whenever a creature deals combat damage to one of your opponents, its controller looks at the top card of that opponent's library and exiles it face down. They may play that card for as long as it remains exiled. Mana of any type can be spent to cast a spell this way.

Gonti, Night Minister (DFT 357, foil) is a legendary creature card from the Aetherdrift set that is a 3/4 Aetherborn Rogue for four mana. It grants Treasure tokens to players who cast spells they don’t own and lets controllers exile and play the top card of an opponent’s library after dealing combat damage. The exile ability allows mana of any type to be spent to cast those exiled cards, enabling off-color or flexible plays for the exiling player.
