It has Reach and an ongoing 'Start your engines!' mechanic that gives you a speed value which increases each turn when opponents lose life, and at max speed it lets you exile the top card of your library each upkeep and may play that card that turn. The card functions as a board creature with an engine-style tempo effect that can enable additional plays as you reach max speed.
