It returns a target creature or Vehicle from your graveyard to the battlefield and creates a 1/1 colorless Pilot token that counts as having +2 power for saddling Mounts and crewing Vehicles. The spell functions as a reanimation tool that also provides an immediate crew/saddle option to make Vehicles or Mounts usable that turn.
