Avishkar Raceway (DFT‑249) is a Land from the Aetherdrift expansion. It has a static “Start your engines!” mechanic that tracks a player-specific speed which increases when opponents lose life on your turns and can grant additional abilities at max speed. While it can tap for colorless mana, it also gains an activated draw effect—when you have max speed you may pay {3}, tap it, and discard a card to draw a card.
