Redshift, Rocketeer Chief (PDFT-218p) is a legendary Goblin Pilot creature from the Aetherdrift Promos set. It has vigilance and a tap ability that produces X mana of one color equal to its power, but that mana may only be spent to activate abilities. It also has an Exhaust ability that, for a large cost, lets you put any number of permanent cards from your hand onto the battlefield, with the caveat that each exhaust ability can be activated only once per object until it leaves and returns.
