Its power is equal to the number of artifacts you control, and it tracks a personal "speed" that starts at 1 if you have none, increases on your turns when opponents lose life, and tops out at 4. While you have max speed, it grants an ability to copy artifact spells by paying an additional cost, producing token copies as they resolve.
