Arcane Denial (DRC-70) is a blue instant reprint from the Aetherdrift Commander set. It counters a target spell and grants the countered spell's controller the option to draw up to two cards at their next upkeep while you draw one card at that upkeep. The trade-off makes it a flexible, low-cost counterspell that can be used for tempo or card advantage mitigation in blue control strategies.
