At the beginning of your upkeep, it creates a token that's a copy of the enchanted artifact and then checks if you control eight or more artifacts with the same name to win the game. It enables combo and token strategies by repeatedly copying an artifact each turn, potentially closing games once large numbers of identical artifacts are present.
