Implement of Malice (AER-159) is a Common artifact from Aether Revolt. It can be sacrificed for {B} to make a target player discard a card, but that activation can only be used as a sorcery. When it is put into a graveyard from the battlefield it triggers to draw a card, creating a tempo trade when you sacrifice it or it otherwise dies.
