It has Revolt — at your end step, if a permanent left the battlefield under your control this turn, you reveal the top card of your library and may put it onto the battlefield if it’s a permanent, otherwise you may bottom it. The card’s effect can cheat permanents into play, making it a late-game value engine for decks that sacrifice, blink, or otherwise cause permanents to leave and return.
