Oswald Fiddlebender (PAFR-28p) is a legendary white creature gnome artificer from the Adventures in the Forgotten Realms promos. It has an activated ability, Magical Tinkering — pay {W}, tap, and sacrifice an artifact to tutor an artifact with mana value equal to one more than the sacrificed artifact and put it onto the battlefield, usable only as a sorcery. As a low-cost legend that interacts with artifacts, it can function as a toolbox engine or value piece in artifact-focused decks and limited pools.
