Description

Hand of Vecna (PAFR-246p) is a Legendary Artifact — Equipment from the Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Promos set. At the beginning of combat on your turn it gives the equipped creature or a creature you control named Vecna +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of cards in your hand. It has two equip options: one that costs paying 1 life per card in your hand and a flat Equip {2}, enabling different timing and resource strategies.
