Grand Master of Flowers (PAFR-17a foil) is a legendary white Planeswalker — Bahamut from the Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Promos. While it has seven or more loyalty counters it becomes a 7/7 Dragon God creature with flying and indestructible, and it has loyalty abilities that can prevent attacks/blocks and tutor for Monk of the Open Hand. One ability can be activated even if Monk of the Open Hand isn’t in your deck, and its creature status doesn’t change or lose loyalty while it’s a creature.
