Grand Master of Flowers (PAFR-17p) is a legendary white planeswalker printed as a promo in Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Promos. He has static and activated loyalty effects, becoming a 7/7 flying, indestructible Dragon God while at seven or more loyalty and offering two +1 loyalty abilities including one that tutors Monk of the Open Hand. In play he can shift between being a planeswalker and a creature while still allowing activation of his loyalty abilities.
