Power Sink (30A-72) is a blue instant from the 30th Anniversary Edition reprint set. It forces the controller of a target spell to pay X mana or have all their lands with mana abilities tapped and lose all unspent mana when it resolves. The X in its cost makes it a scalable disruption tool that can tax larger spells more heavily and fits control or tempo roles in blue decks.
