Mana Short (30A-65) is an instant from the 30th Anniversary Edition that targets a player and taps all lands they control while removing all unspent mana. It can disrupt opponents by stripping available mana and even taps lands that don’t produce mana, but it cannot retroactively stop spells whose mana has already been spent. Originally printed in 2004 and reissued in the 30th Anniversary Edition set, it functions as a disruptive instant for blue decks.
