Library of Leng (30A-254) is an artifact from the 30th Anniversary Edition reprint set. It sets your maximum hand size to no maximum and replaces discard effects by allowing you to put discarded cards on top of your library instead of into your graveyard. This changes interactions with discard triggers and synergies by letting you reuse or reorder discarded cards rather than losing them to the graveyard.
