Mushu (ROJ-142 Cold Foil) is a Ruby/Steel Floodborn Ally Dragon character from the Reign of Jafar expansion, printed in the Your Worst Nightmare variant. Its All Fired Up ability grants Rush, Reckless, and Evasive to any character you play that turn, allowing immediate challenges while preventing those characters from questing. It also has Shift 4 so you can play it on top of another Mushu and use its high willpower to sustain pressure late in the game.
