Jim Hawkins (ITI-109) is a Ruby Storyborn Hero from the Into the Inklands set. When you play him you may put a location costing 4 or less into play for free, and his Take the Helm ability lets him move to any location you play without paying movement. His abilities make him a tempo piece that both accelerates board presence by cheating in a location and then immediately relocates to leverage that new site for attacks or abilities.
