Chernabog (ITI-3) is a Super Rare Storyborn Villain character from Into the Inklands presented in the Normal Evildoer variant. Its Power of Evil ability reduces its ink cost by 1 for each character in your discard, and its Summon the Spirits ability shuffles all character cards from your discard into your deck when played. That recursion plus cost reduction makes it function as a late-game finisher and a discard-focused recovery engine in Amber strategies.
