He grants your Ally characters +1 Strength and has an end-of-turn exerted trigger that can draw cards equal to a chosen Ally's Strength if you discard two cards and banish that Ally. The card encourages a sacrifice-for-card-draw strategy, trading Ally presence for repeated hand access in longer games.
