9th Tactical Testing Sector (GD04-124) is a Base card from the Phantom Aria set with the Academy and Stronghold traits. It has a Burst that deploys the base and a Deploy ability that returns one of your Shields to your hand. When you place an EX Resource, you can give a friendly Academy Unit +2 AP for the turn, supporting aggressive or tempo plays.
