Tactical Visionary (ST07-014) is a Green Command card from the Celestial Drive bonus pack printed as an alternate art common. Its Main effect lets you look at the top three cards of your deck and reveal one Unit or Pilot card to add to your hand, then places the rest randomly on the bottom. The card supports deck consistency by filtering draws and enabling targeted retrieval of key Units or Pilots for setup or combo turns.
