Its Main/Action deals 3 damage to a single enemy Unit of Level 4 or lower, and its Burst effect lets you activate that Main immediately. The card’s targeting becomes explicitly singular regardless of duplicates in your trash, but having two or more copies named Improved Technique in your trash alters how the selection is applied.
